Nyvik is all about the human side of entrepreneurial journeys and on reducing risk and improving likelihood of success - by aligning incentives and beliefs and by designing favourable pre-conditions and structures from which to win over time.
Nyviks main objective is to support great teams and great cases accumulate momentum and speed great enough to push straight through the resistance inherent in all new ventures and out on the other side.
Our
approach
Nyvik is comprised as a growing partnership of seasoned entrepreneurs, experienced investors and outstanding professionals from all walks of life and backgrounds. All brought together by a set of shared values and principles and by the sheer joy of creating, growing and improving meaningful businesses together. We’d rather not be labelled since we seek to create a platform and a movement in the shape of a company that has no real predecessors. And this is because the times we as a generation are fortunate enough to live in, and are heading towards, has no real historical comparisons.
For the first time in history the capitalistic force of market based economies are no longer in polarized friction with the uprising of environmental, societal and human needs of our planet and it’s populations. They are slowly, not without friction but yet with inevitable force, converging and colliding into a new market synthesis. Seeking a new spiraling configuration around each other, in order to survive. How exactly this will play out, we do not know. We do know however that in no other period of modern civilisation has the opportunity for building new businesses with genuinely positive and transformational impact upon whole industries and their connected stakeholders, been any greater than precisely right now. At the same time and when actually needed the most, the broader public engagement in party politics hits new low points and the fragmentation and polarisation of many elected assemblies, national and multinational, puts a freeze on their ability to cater to the imminent need of action and of accelerated change.
Thus and with that said, we place our bets and put our faith in the hands of the entrepreneurs of the world. The believers, creators, collaborators, risk takers and doers - whom are putting themselves, their names and their comfort at risk - in order to seek to create an improved tomorrow. Within this conceptual framework Nyvik operates as a partnership of highly motivated and highly skilled professionals working in cross functional 360 teams. Free to build and free to address whatever thematic topic in what ever suitable way, with only one golden standard in place, will this most likely result in a positive outcome for which we will be proud?
Joining Nyvik is for the selected few, willing to give something up and willing to walk through the risk of failure. Our take on the topic of risk is however inspired by the maybe worn out, yet equally true if you make it true, Mandela quote, “We never lose. We either win or learn”.

Our
history
Nyvik Holding was founded in 2007 and has been part of the startup ecosystem ever since. Nyvik Holding was the principal founder of Offerta Group AB, divested to Fortnox 2021. Nyvik Holding as of now holds and supports a startup portfolio of 23 promising ventures run by great entrepreneurs.
Why the name Nyvik?
Nyvik stems form the quaint little town just below Umeå, Sweden. It’s a town that most people would miss in passing. A hidden gem in plain sight. That’s partially the reason why we wanted to embody the name but also as a tribute to a place that has profound meaning to us on a individual level. Although Nyvik as a company started in 2007 but the idea of Nyvik was born a lot earlier than that. We started out with humble beginnings and trough hard work and humility we’ve been fortunate enough to have landed in the place we are today. We believe we can be a breath of fresh air in a crowded market, someone who want to help you grow as a company and as a team.
